Janette Olson

President

Janette is a retired Mechanical Design professional with 25 years of experience in the field. Prior to her career in design, she proudly served as a Navy welder, attaining the rank of HT2 (E5), where she honed her technical and problem-solving skills in challenging environments.

Throughout her professional journey, Janette developed a deep understanding of engineering principles, hands-on craftsmanship, and teamwork. She now applies the same precision and dedication that guided her career to new endeavors, having started Lincro Security Solutions with Jason Fellows.

Jason Fellows

Chief Executive Officer

Jason has spent the past two decades building a successful security management career. He began as a part-time security officer with one of the world's largest security firms and quickly advanced to become the youngest District Operations Manager at just 23.

During his career Jason has worked closely with the Secret Service, helping to protect both President Trump and Vice President Harris.

Currently, he collaborates with Lincro's President, Jan Olson to facilitate the vision of Lincro's Security Solutions and ensure customer and team success.

Chris Fellows

Vice President of Operations

Over the past 15 years, Chris has advanced through a distinguished career, beginning as a Dock Master with a Fortune 500 company. He then transitioned to Director of Security for a major airline, where he worked closely with TSA, DHS, and the FBI playing a key role in the successful takedown of a major gun smuggling ring.

Following this, Chris took on a regional training role where he developed a passion for an employee-focused business model. Recognizing that our industry thrives on relationships, trust, and respect, Chris has made it a priority to instill these values in Lincro's employees from day one, setting the example through leadership.
